She thinks everyone will assume it’s a joke, but then she receives a letter begging her to travel to the remote Nowhere House to help three young witches control their magic. When she arrives, she finds that her new housemates aren’t just the young girls. There’s also a handsome, but protective, librarian named Jaime, an absent archaeologist, a retired actor, and two long-suffering caretakers.
Mika didn’t travel to the house to find a relationship or a new family, but could she have stumbled into both?
What the Hex
Book Summary
Penny has always wanted nothing more than to work for a witch. She joined the Society of Familiars as soon as she was old enough, but no one is hiring. When she’s offered and under the table opportunity to apprentice for a forbidden warlock, she agrees.
Willem is banned from having a familiar due to his past transgressions, and the subsequent limits on his spell-casting.
Willem is as surly as Penny is enthusiastic, which does not make an ideal warlock/familiar combination, but they must work together to catch a common enemy. If the ploy requires a little kissing on the side, who’s to question the rules of magic?

Not Your Crush’s Cauldron
Book Summary
